Your choices, respected.

Luxulite uses optional, first-party analytics to understand how shoppers use the shop. Analytics begin only after you choose “Allow analytics”. You can decline or change your choice through “Analytics preferences” in the shop footer. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences disable optional tracking.

What optional analytics include

Random browser and visit identifiers; pages and jewellery viewed; product gallery interactions; clicks and taps; scrolling; sampled cursor positions; active browsing time; bag actions; category filters; featured-product and matching-set interactions; checkout handoffs; and welcome-offer outcomes. We also keep campaign tags from links, the referring website’s hostname, a broad device category and a country code supplied by our hosting service.

What we leave out

We do not record what you type, field values, email addresses, discount codes, payment information, full referring links or full page query strings in analytics. We do not make video recordings of browsing sessions, use eye tracking, or track visits across other websites. Heatmaps show aggregate activity, not individual recordings.

Storage and access

Optional analytics are stored in Luxulite’s hosting database and visible only through the owner’s private dashboard. The dashboard reports the last 90 days. Older browsing records are removed in bounded batches as new activity arrives, so expired records may remain longer when the shop is inactive. Random identifiers and your consent choice are stored in your browser. There is no third-party analytics service on this shop.

Checkout and essential services

Shopping, checkout and welcome emails work whether you allow analytics or not. When analytics are allowed, a random visit ID can connect your bag checkout with Stripe’s verified payment result. Stripe’s hosted checkout itself is not recorded. Order records needed to process purchases are separate from optional browsing analytics. Stripe processes payments and EmailJS delivers requested welcome emails.

Change your choice

Declining analytics stops future collection and removes optional browser identifiers. Previously collected activity is retained until its retention period expires. Your consent choice is renewed after six months. For questions, contact rangerstoronto@gmail.com.
